This is for payment for the diagnosis fee which will run $170.00 plus return shipping of $39.00. Those fees would be prepaid before sending in your unit by checking out here. Once we get payment we would send you the information to ship your unit to us. Do not ship the unit to us before we respond to your order. We will need your Serial # and order # which we will give to you in that email.
After we get the unit we would inspect and diagnose the issue/issues you are having and give you a quote for repairs. If you choose to do the repairs and agree to the quote we will use the diagnosis fee towards those repairs. If you choose to decline the repairs, then we would send the unit back to you and the diagnosis fee would not be refunded.
