Shipping Costs, Options, and Delivery Times:
All shipping times are estimated. Sometimes they take more time, sometimes they take a lot less time. If you have any questions please email us. Shipping times do NOT include weekends. Please Note: Shipping to Germany, Brazil and Russia differ from the below listed methods, if you have questions about this please email us. Please note, certain times certain items may require a higher cost to ship. This is not common, but can happen with larger items from time to time. If this is the case you will be notified via email before shipping and will have the choice to cancel the order or to pay the extra shipping cost.
Shipping rates are FLAT rate per complete order. Same cost no matter what the order size or value.
Standard Shipping (Inside USA): $8.99* Usually 1 - 5 Business Days. Tracking number provided, but tracking is limited. Tracking shows when items ships and when the item is delivered. If you require strict tracking please select Next Day Air method.
Next Day Air (Inside the USA): $45.00* Usually overnight (assuming item was ordered in time the day before) Tracking is provided.
USPS Global (Not in the USA): $32.00* International shipping. Usually 7-14 Business Days. Tracking number provided, but tracking is limited. Tracking shows when items ships and when the item is delivered. If you require strict tracking please select the USPS Express Method. Not available in Germany, Russia, Brazil and a few other South American and African countries.
Outside USA Fed EX or Priority Mail International shipping: $49.00* Usually 3-10 Business Days. Tracking number provided, and tracking is moderate. Tracking shows when items ships and when the item is delivered and some in-between. If you require strict tracking please select the FED EX Express Method. Not available in Germany, Russia, Brazil and a few other South American and African countries.
Fed Ex Express (Not in the USA): $65.00* International shipping. Usually 2-5 Business Days. Tracking is provided. Tracking is more extensive than the USPS Global tracking numbers.
We recommend EXPRESS shipping for all orders outside the USA. It is the safest and fastest way with better traceability
*In some RARE instances more shipping payment may be requested for larger items including full MPC units, cases, and others. You will not be charged before you are contacted and agree to the shipping rate. Some countries shipping rates differ from the above costs (not common)
MPCstuff generally uses USPS for shipping. In some cases shipments will be made through FedEx.
For "out of stock/backordered" products customers will be notified via email on products that are out of stock and will be given a shipping time frame. MPCStuff reserves the right to ship other items that are ordered and omit the backordered/out of stock parts. If you have any questions about "out of stock/backordered" parts please contact us.
If items are not available or on backorder we will do our best to let the customer know within two business days of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that are no longer in stock or show an incorrect price on our site.

There are several different Tax IDs that can be used when shipping to Brazil, including:
· CPF - Individual Tax ID, similar to U.S.A.’s Social Security number
· CNPJ - Business Tax ID

Please Note: MPCStuff.com is not responsible for ANY damage or problems that may occur while installing any product we sell. We do not offer any returns on internal products, including but not limited to LCD screens, drives, pads, buttons, LCD windows, PC boards, screws and cables. Drives and LCD screens are tested before shipping. At all times we will help guide you while installing products although we can not guarantee that we will be able to help with all installations. Please keep this in mind when purchasing products from us.
Return Policy: Periodically something will go wrong with a shipment and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us via e-mail to discuss the circumstances before returning any parts. Our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) will issue a Return Authorization Number which MUST accompany any return. Unauthorized returns will not receive credits - and buyer must pay to have item returned to them.
1. No returns will be accepted on open merchandise. 2. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the sales date or on special-order merchandise. 3. Electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances. 4. Items which have been installed are not returnable under any circumstances. Just because they did not fix your problem does not make them returnable.
Restocking Fees: While we don't normally charge a restocking fee for authorized returns on in stock items, we reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking charge for any non-defective return or any special order part.
Customs/Duty Fees: In no event will MPCstuff.com be liable for any customs, taxes, tariffs, or duty fees associated with your purchase from our company. If you are outside the USA you may be required to pay these. It is up to you as the buyer to research what requirements are in your country. Shipping Fees on Returns: If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is then returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of incorrect shipment.
Damaged Merchandise: Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made with the responsible freight carrier.
